I'm still up here in Scotland, spending a last weekend with friends and preparing to head off..
Meanwhile Rab is already trailblazing ahead in the North of Spain..
He reports back..
"Been here a week now, weather beautiful most camps have been in the Picos one i managed to get the camper up to was at 4368 feet!!. Amazing views all round. Temps have ranged from 14°c on a night and first thing on a morning, to 26°c as it is now blazing sunshine. It seems hotter the higher you climb. Humidity is down to 26% today at this point. Clear azure blue sky's most days. Diesel €1.05 per litre. Beer 29 cents"
Great inspiration for the travels, amazing camping and good craic that lay ahead. It's a big world out there!
