We moved about 50 metres to a free spot by the shoreline..
I saw this for sale, so modified my pizza oven as below..
Stainless lid with knob removed makes a perfect slotted shelf off the floor of the pan..
With lid on!
Pizza and beer in 30 minutes!
Cook for 10 mins, three times on low to medium gas. After each 10 min period wipe condensation from inside of lid.
That’s my pizza oven!
(It works well without the ‘shelf’ but take care not to burn the base)
